I started working out with Elike over 2 months ago because I was starting to feel really uncomfortable in my skin, and obviously wasn’t doing the right kinds of exercise, since I was getting nowhere. In short, after working with him, I’m definitely starting to see results.
Elike is encouraging, energetic and always willing to try new things. He doesn’t just take into consideration physical fitness, but also considers medical conditions and as well as each individual’s body type before deciding on how to focus on goals.
I have some trouble with my back, and have been seeing a chiropractor for the past few months. So, during our PT sessions, Elike always considers things that might IMPROVE my back issues and posture. Even my chiropractor mentioned that the improvement on my back is phenomenal, and is most assuredly as a result of doing the right kind of exercise in conjunction with my chiropractic sessions.
Elike keeps me motivated, and makes me feel comfortable during our sessions. He also ensures that I don’t just go through the motions, but that I follow through with perfecting technique.
He makes sure that I don’t get bored, so although we focus on full body workouts, we always spice things up with something different.
Elike is not just an experienced, knowledgeable trainer and a coach, but he is also always happy to learn from his clients.
I remember waking up one morning and checking myself out in the mirror. And, although I hadn’t reached my end-game, I could see the changes in my body. I was so chuffed, that I immediately texted him to share my happiness, and to thank him! – I would definitely recommend Elike as a personal trainer.
